The Advisor Supa Bronze dive watch is being released soon and we have had a chance to try one out for a few days. Since the watch arrived now that my watch repair business is located inside a long established jewellers I thought it would be great if Peter from Morgan Banks tried the Supa out also, he has been selling watches for 35 years and knows his stuff.

Initial impressions of the Advisor are that it is a very well made watch with very good attention for detail as can be suggested by the specs:
- Case: CUS8N Bronze
- Movement: Sellita SW200-1
- Bezel: 120 click unidirectional
- Glass: Domed sapphire with inside AR
- Lume: Superluminova C3 – bezel & dial
- Water Resistance: 300M
- Colours: Blue, Green, Black
Advisor is an independent watch brand from Singapore which its designs draw inspirations from horological history. The unique twist comes from its modern interpretation of classic designs to create timepieces that are completely contemporary.

The Overall Impression
The watch is a nice weight for bronze and felt substantial, the dial was very easy to read thanks to the AR coating, both myself and Peter commented on this. The movement is quickly becoming the swiss go to movement to replace ETA, and kept time perfectly.
The bezel action was nice and solid and the watch glowed nicely at night with the bezel and dial. The crown was easy to access at its 4 o’clock position and overall the look was great. A very nice watch indeed.
I was interested to get Peters’ take on the costing expectation of this watch as Peter is used to the retail of main stream brands. Peter placed the watch within a retail environment in the “sub £1k bracket”, and above the expected release price, which makes this watch excellent value for money.
Under “improvement points” we both listed the same thing – we felt the finish edge on the bezel and the underlip was a bit sharp for our taste, a slight polishing of the edges would work wonders for the overall feel of the watch as an every day watch.

So overall – great watch and we loved it, solid, good value for money. For more info please use the links below.
