The new fleet of five NTH Subs will be…

…… available for purchase beginning on Wednesday at Noon, EDT (GTM-4) at JanisTrading.com.

WatchGauge.com will also be doing pre-sales. Additional pieces will be made available through NTH’s authorized reseller in the EU, SeriousWatches.eu.
The watches that will be released are a new version of the Näcken, code-named “Renegade,” sunray-blue versions of both the Barracuda and Scorpène, plus we are introducing the Tiburón and the Zwaardvis.
Delivery is targeted for August, and due to the short wait and limited availability, pre-sales will be full retail price. The prices are $600 and $625 based on the model.

The New NTH Subs:

• The Näcken – Renegade (pronounced “nehk-ehn”):
  The Renegade is the 5th Näcken, featuring a blue-fade-to-black dial with vertically brushed dial texture and thick-printed indices with fully-lumed black bezel.
  It is available with or without a Date Window for $625.

• The Barracuda, Blue:
  This is a sunray-blue version of the original Barracuda, complete with gilt-trimmed hands and indices, and matching blue bezel.
  It is available with or without a Date Window for $625.

• The Scorpène, Blue (pronounced “skohr-pehn”):
  The purpose-oriented crowd-favorite gets punched up with a sunray blue dial and blue bezel. It is only as a no-date for $600.

• The Tiburón:
  This is a new NTH Sub design with a vintage-style, big-print “Maxi Dial” in black with a sandpaper-texture and blue bezel.
  It is available with or without a Date Window for $600.

• The Zwaardvis (pronounced “zvahrd-feese”, Dutch for “Swordfish”):
  This is another new NTH Sub design with a mix of vintage design cues brought together with a bold, matte orange dial, offset with black-trimmed hands and indices.
  It is available with or without a Date Window for $600.

About the NTH Subs Brand: Don’t think of it as retro.

The NTH Subs are our tribute to some revered icons, tracing their heritage back to timepieces issued to military divers in the post-war period. Those quintessential tool watches have only gotten better- looking with age. We wanted to combine their classic, rugged style with modern capabilities.

Each Sub model shares the same purpose-oriented, big-crown, no crown-guard case, with a slightly raised, double-domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and no-nonsense case back with minimal decoration.

About NTH:

NTH, pronounced either “Enth” or “N-T-H”, is about acknowledging the past with a “Nod to History”, but also looking forward, exploring our limits, and taking things as far as we can, to the “Nth degree”, where “N” represents infinite possibility.

Think of it as neo-classic.

We increased water resistance and gave it a sloped steel bezel with lumed markers. Yet we made the case thinner, more streamlined, with chamfered sides and downward-curved lugs for a wrist-hugging shape, and added our signature lumed crown.
Each NTH Sub has its own personality, designed either to emulate the weathered good looks of a well-traveled vintage piece, or as a modern interpretation of what those vintage pieces might look like if they were still being produced today.
