Hamtun H1 coming soon to Kickstarter

A modern take on the classic automatic dive watch

A while ago I contacted Ross after hearing rumours of the H1, and am now delighted to bring a sneaky peek of the H1 before the the Kickstarter goes live.

Edit: 17th October 2016

Ross and his Kickstarter did really well and funded his £20K goal in 20 minutes of going live, with 10 days to go this is his current funding

Ross says “The H1 is a custom designed 41mm titanium dive watch. We’ve avoided off the shelf parts, so with the exception of the movement everything is made just for us to our designs. It has a ceramic bezel, slightly domed sapphire crystal, is rated to 20ATM, and features a Seiko NH35A automatic movement. Hour markers, hands, and bezel markers are all lumed.

There are 3 models available. One with white hour markers, one with blue hour markers, and a “stealth” model which has grey markers. All backers will get a choice between our custom titanium bracelet or our custom dark grey silicone strap. If we meet certain funding goals we’ll ship both options to everyone at no extra cost.

We’re planning to launch our Kickstarter on Tuesday 27 September at 5pm BST/midday Eastern/9am Pacific, starting at £150 for early backers. You can see a preview of our campaign now HERE which includes our intro video if you haven’t already seen it. I’d appreciate you not sharing a link to the preview page at this stage.
